Discontinued in September 2024. Apple no longer sells this model.
Should you buy it now?
No. Apple no longer sells the Apple Watch Series 9.
The Apple Watch Series 9 came out in September 2023 at $399. Apple stopped selling it in September 2024, so it gets fewer years of software updates than a current model. If you're buying new, the Apple Watch Series 12 is the model to look at instead, from $399. Buying used can still make sense, but only at a steep discount and with the battery health checked.
