iMac 24-inch (M1, 2021) vs iMac: should you upgrade?

If you're buying new, get the iMac. The iMac 24-inch (M1, 2021) is no longer sold by Apple.

Two years old, with an update rumored. Mac mini is the better buy today.

The iMac is 3 years newer, so it will get software updates for longer and holds its value better. If your iMac 24-inch (M1, 2021) still works well, there's no rush, but don't buy one new.
