No. Apple no longer sells the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max came out in September 2021 at $1,099. Apple stopped selling it in September 2022, so it gets fewer years of software updates than a current model. If you're buying new, the iPhone 18 Pro Max is the model to look at instead. Buying used can still make sense, but only at a steep discount and with the battery health checked.
