Should you buy it now?
No. Apple no longer sells the Mac Studio (M3 Ultra).
The Mac Studio (M3 Ultra) came out in March 2025 at $3,999. Apple stopped selling it in August 2026, so it gets fewer years of software updates than a current model. If you're buying new, the Mac Studio is the model to look at instead, from $2,499. Buying used can still make sense, but only at a steep discount and with the battery health checked.
