Should you buy it now?
No. Apple no longer sells the MacBook Pro 14-inch (M4 Pro).
The MacBook Pro 14-inch (M4 Pro) came out in November 2024 at $1,999. Apple stopped selling it in March 2026, so it gets fewer years of software updates than a current model. If you're buying new, the MacBook Pro is the model to look at instead, from $1,599. Buying used can still make sense, but only at a steep discount and with the battery health checked.
