Discontinued in September 2023. Apple no longer sells this model.
Should you buy it now?
No. Apple no longer sells the MagSafe Battery Pack.
The MagSafe Battery Pack came out in July 2021 at $99. Apple stopped selling it in September 2023, so it gets fewer years of software updates than a current model. If you're buying new, the MagSafe Charger (25W) is the model to look at instead, from $39. Buying used can still make sense, but only at a steep discount and with the battery health checked.
